Weight Training DVD – Get Ripped & Chiseled
Buying a new weight training dvd can be just the thing for you if you’re in a workout slump or just longing for something new to bring to your workout routines. A weight training dvd can also be ideal for those who live in obnoxious climates like myself – I’m from Minnesota. We have about 5 months out of an entire year of nice weather so during the other 7 months of the year, weight training dvds can be a great way to keep working out when the weather isn’t being too cooperative outside.
Starting today, I will be reviewing some of the popular weight training dvds that are out there that WILL help you get the results you are looking for. I’m not even going to bother reviewing the ones that aren’t worth your hard-earned money.
So anyway, to kick off my weight training dvd review series, I’m going to talk a bit about Get Ripped! with Jari Love: Get Ripped & Chiseled.
Jari Love is a certified personal trainer who directs and stars in her own workout dvds. Get Ripped & Chiseled features 60 minutes of an entire full-body workout that will greatly increase cardiovascular health, burn some serious calories and create gorgeous muscle tone throughout your entire body.
Her strategy in this video is to use 2-3 exercises for each muscle group while performing higher reps and various counts, so you will not get bored. (a plus!) Also, you don’t have to perform all of the exercises, you can choose different exercise “tracks” that have the exercises for the specific muscle group you want to target during that workout.
