Wednesday Weigh-In – I Meet (& Beat) My Weight Loss Goal!
In early January of this year I was at 146 lbs and still wanting to lose at least 11 more pounds to meet my goal weight of 135lbs that I had set for myself. My weight has been steadily and slowly declining up until this point. I actually went through a period of about 2 months where my weight didn’t budge at all. Talk about frustrating. But…I got past it!
I’m happy to report that today I weighed in at 134.4 lbs! That is my lowest weigh-in since before my last pregnancy. I think I was about 129 prior to getting pregnant but I set my goal weight at 135 pounds because I’ve been working on building muscle and I’ve never had a whole lot of muscle before so I wanted to be sure my goal was realistic.
One major change I’ve made during the last 3 weeks is what and how much I eat. In the last 2 to 3 weeks, I’ve lost over 3 pounds just by changing my diet.
See? You don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on weight loss products! Everything I did for workouts is posted right here on this blog. I haven’t added anything about foods I’ve eaten and my daily caloric intake, but I think I might put together an ebook in the next few weeks and send it to my subscribers. =)
I’m still going to continue to post my workouts and things – it really helps to keep me motivated and I hope it helps to motivate you as well.
