6/24 Workout: Legs, Abs & Cardio

My legs got a really good workout this time. I haven’t been concentrating on them too much, but I don’t want to neglect them either, so I decided to do a leg workout, along with abs and cardio. Here’s my Wednesday workout this week:

My Daily Workout: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Abs & Cardio

Today my workout consisted of 1 chest exercise, 2 shoulder exercises and 1 triceps exercise. I normally would do 2 exercises for each but I kind of had to speed through my workout because my littlest guy wasn’t cooperating. :] Chest Barbell Bench Press – 65# 4 sets x 6 reps
