3/7 Workout: Heavy Legs!
Another heavy leg day! I had to skip working out yesterday and did legs today instead. I plan on doing some cardio tomorrow since everything got twisted around this weekend. My legs are way too tired now to have even attempted a run at doing some cardio today too.
