Reebok has come out with it’s Reebok EasyTone Shoes for women and they are creating quite the buzz. Reebok has been around for decades and I’ve always been a fan. I was a child of the 80′s and I very much remember the old Reebok hi-tops with the straps! Their newest in footwear is the EasyTone shoes for women that promise to give wearers a “better butt and better legs” with every step. I think the commercial is completely ridiculous – you’ll see it below.
The commercial would lead one to believe that these new Reebok EasyTone shoes will create a nice, tight, sculpted lower body just by wearing the shoes. Reebok’s claim is that their EasyTone sole technology allows for 28% more toning in your calves, hamstrings and booty. While that may be true, nobody is going to look like a fitness model (such as the one in the commercial) simply by wearing these Reebok EasyTone shoes. To avoid disappointment, people must first realize that the shoes aren’t going to do all the work for you so if you’re looking for a miracle cure, don’t waste your money on them.
They have a large variety of EasyTone models including the EasyTone Smooth Fit, EasyTone Go Outside, EasyTone Go Outside – Wide, EasyTone Rush, EasyTone Inspire and the EasyTone Pink Ribbon. They even have Reebok EasyTone Flip Flops. The flip flops retail for $59.98 while the sneakers retail anywhere from $99.98 to $109.98.
I have no idea how comfortable they are because I haven’t personally tried them on, but to maximize their benefits, I would suggest that they be worn to the gym and anytime a lot of walking will be done – such as shopping or sight-seeing.
And now for the commercial:
P.S. I’m not sure I see the toned butt they keep zooming in on. That isn’t a butt! This video shows legs connected to a back. Just sayin….
