		<description>This has been an excellent tool for me in my weight loss quest.  It&#039;s really difficult to count calories on your own especially when trying to determine serving sizes.  It also aids in portion control because if I happen to eat a little too much at one meal it helps me limit what I eat for the rest of the day or spend a little extra time at the gym.  It&#039;s like having a personal nutritionist :)</description>
