My Fitness Pal iPhone App Now Available!

my-fitness-pal-online-calorie-counterIn the past, I have used My Fitness Pal’s online calorie counter to determine how many calories I should consume per day. I would also track what I ate during the day by entering the foods into the system, which would then show me the calories consumed, along with some other nutritional information, such as how many grams of protein, carbs and fats have been consumed and also how many grams I have remaining for the day. I love their site and best of all, it’s entirely free.

If you have an iPhone, My Fitness Pal has their own app that you can use on your phone. It integrates with the site and links with your online account so you can access your account from your phone or computer. It’s downloadable through iTunes.

If you have an iPhone and are interested in using a free calorie counter on the go, I’d highly recommend using the My Fitness Pal application for the iPhone. I don’t own an iPhone, but if I did, I’d be using the My Fitness Pal application for sure!
