My Daily Workout: Legs, Abs & Cardio
Today I worked out my legs, abs and cardio. My youngest was napping so I got in a better workout than the one I got on Monday, but I’m grateful for any amount of time I can get in!
Legs
Barbell Squats – 55# 4 sets x 6 reps
Deadlifts – 30# 4 sets x 15 reps ( I LOVE these)
Abs
Hanging Knee Raises – 2 sets x 20 reps
Cardio
5 minute warm-up at 4 mph, prior to lifting
20 minute intervals – 2 minutes @ 4 mph, 2 minutes @ 6 mph, repeat for 20 minutes
7 minute cool down @ 4mph
