My Daily Workout: Chest, Legs, Abs & Cardio

Today marks my first day of working out since I got my hip tattoo. I kind of jumbled around a little bit to see what I could do without causing myself too much pain.

Here’s the workout I did:

Walk @ 4 MPH for 10 minutes

Flat Bench Press

  • 35lbs x 12 reps
  • 45lbs x 10 reps
  • 55lbs x 7 reps
  • 65lbs x 5 reps
  • 75lbs x 3 reps
  • 85lbs x 2 reps

Dumbbell Squats

I normally perform heavier squats using a barbell and weight plates, but today I used 10# dumbbells and I performed 3 sets x 12 reps.

Hanging Leg Raises

I love these! I did 3 sets x 20 reps

Walk @ 4 MPH for 20 minutes (tried to jog, but still too painful)
