Yep, I worked on my chest again today. I have a big love for the flat bench barbell press and I’m really not sure why. I also did some steady cardio, upper abs and obliques.
Abs
Crunches – 2 sets x 20 reps
Oblique Crunch – 1 set x 20 reps (each side)
Cardio
5 minute warmup @ 4 mph
20 minute steady jogging @ 5 mph
5 minutes @ 4mph
2 minutes @ 3.5 mph
Chest
Flat Bench Press – warmup set: 35# x 12 reps; 1 set of 55# x 8 reps; 1 set of 65# x 6 reps; 1 set of 75# x 4 reps and 1 set of 85# x 2 reps
For future workouts, I’m debating on whether or not I should just include a week’s worth of workouts in one blog post, or if I should keep making a new post for each day’s workout. I think it might be easier for my readers if I had the whole week in one post. If I decide to go ahead with that, I’ll start the post on Monday and then just keep adding each day’s workout to it.
