Kettlebells are another great way to change up your workouts. If you aren’t exactly sure of what they are, they are defined as “a traditional Russiancast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonballwith a handle.”
They’re an incredible piece of fitness equipment that are available in a wide variety of weights. There are so many exercises you can do with these. One of my favorites? The Kettlebell swing. Love it!
You can use kettlebells whether you’re a beginner or if you’re more advanced. If you haven’t used kettlebells before you might want to start with a Kettlebell that is 10 lbs. If that feels too light, or if you are already in shape, you could try a Kettlebell that is 25 lbs.
