Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Dieting Tips

Jennifer Love Hewitt has been scrutinized in the past for the way her body looked in a bikini. I personally think she is a beautiful girl and I love the fact that she isn’t just skin and bones. That isn’t healthy for anybody. We all need food, we should all be physically active on a regular basis but we should never really be obsessed with it.

Jennifer has made quite the comeback and she is now on the latest cover of Shape magazine looking fabulous! She is featured in the October issue where she talks about her dieting tips and how she slimmed down and got into great shape.

Instead of piling up food in my fridge that says, ‘Come eat me!’ I keep enough for only a couple of days, the actress, 30, says.

And I rarely have treats around that might tempt me late at night, which is when I usually crave something really fattening,” she adds. “What am I going to do? Drive out at 11 at night just to satisfy a craving? No, that’s crazy.

Jamie Kennedy, her boyfriend of several months eats healthy and that has helped her to start eating better too. I really think it’s easier to eat healthy and stay in shape, when your partner has the same goals. Then you are able to motivate each other to make it work.
