Thank you for your blog. I've really enjoyed exploring all your posts and workout ideas. It's hard to take time to blog, but I appreciate your efforts. One of the tips I'd like to share is that of a nutrition cereal called Rokit Fuel. It's new, so not a lot of people know about it, but it's natural and has so much goodness in the ingredients! It doesn't have anything in it you don't recognize and makes you feel good after your eat it. It keeps you full longer and gives you the energy you need to live life!

When people want to lose weight, they believe they need to give up all the foods they love and starve themselves. This is so wrong. Your advice about beginning gradually is so smart. People need to implement easy-to-make diet changes at first, then each week introduce something more. Doing this slowly will be much less painful. One saying I like to remember is "never be full and never be hungry". Eating 4 to 5 small meals a day will keep you full throughout the day on fewer calories. Good luck everyone.
