Flat Tummy – How To Get One

Getting a flat tummy can be achived by anyone if they really work towards it. It’s flat-tummynot going to just come to you, that’s for sure. In order to get a flat tummy of your own, just follow these steps:

  • Eat your way to a flat tummy. Eat fresh foods. Prepackaged foods contain sodium and other hard-to-digest ingredients.
  • Drink water – and lots of it. Keep your body hydrated to help rid your body of toxins.
  • Work out those abs!

Here’s a workout to try for 4 weeks to help you achive a flat tummy:

  • 4 sets of crunches
  • 4 sets of hanging leg raises
  • 4 sets of reverse crunches

*Complete 20 reps for each set and perform each exercise twice a week. Be sure to alternate days so you aren’t doing the same exercise two days in a row. For example: Do crunches Monday and Thursday, hanging leg raises Tuesday and Friday and reverse crunches Wednesday and Saturday.

*Be sure to take before and after photos so you can compare your prior flabby tummy to your new flat tummy!
