My next installment about fat loss supplements is going to focus on the Dren fat burner. Dren is another fat loss supplement that I have personally tried and I must say that it is very powerful. Like I’ve said before, I’m fairly sensitive to any type of products containing caffeine or other stimulants and Dren was no exception.
Within about 20 minutes of taking Dren, I did get a bit jittery and would sweat just by walking around the house. I would really work up a sweat if I were to start cleaning around the house. I guess that would tell you that fat should be burning. I always think sweat is a good sign if you’re trying to lose weight.

Sometimes during the 1st hour it would feel like my head was just spinning and I would actually lay down on the floor to make it “slow down” so-to-speak. I would just feel way too shaky, but I guess the good thing is that it doesn’t really last too long. The energy however, does.
The packaging advises to take 1 pill as 1 dose. You really shouldn’t need more than that. It’s also advised to drink plenty of water, especially if you’re going to be physically active after you’ve taken Dren. I can only do cardio for about 20 minutes because I feel like I’m going to pass out, but I have to admit that I am able to run a bit faster than I would normally for a 20-30 minute cardio session.
On the flip side, my fiance has also tried Dren and it makes him fall asleep – literally! So it just goes to show you that it isn’t going to effect every person in the exact same way. If you are looking to try Dren as a fat loss supplement, I would highly recommend it as long as you choose to do physical activity regularly, along with eating a healthy diet. Don’t expect to just take Dren and lose 20 pounds in a week. The fat will come off much faster if you incorporate Dren along with a regular fitness routine and healthy diet.
