Posting Guidelines
1. Each post must have some relevance to this blog. This is a women’s fitness blog so articles that relate to this subject matter will be accepted. This includes workouts, weight loss tips, healthy eating, supplements and the like.
2. If including any photos with the post, please link to it, do not embed it.
3. Do not override the default font of this blog. Bold and italics are okay.
4. Anything questionable or illegal will NOT be posted.
5. Do not include any personal information. This includes address, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc.
6. Posts that are strictly commercial may be accepted, but a reasonable fee will be charged as well. I’m looking for relevant articles, not sales copy.
7. No ‘adult’ content. Period.
8. I will not accept plagiarism. When paraphrasing or quoting others’ work, be sure to give proper credit to the original author.
9. I will allow one outbound link per blog post.
10. I have the right to accept or deny any submissions.
