Back & Abs Workout + Wednesday Weigh-In
I forgot to blog about Monday’s back and abs workout so I’ll get that in with this post which is my Wednesday weigh-in! To get that out of the way, I weighed in at 132.0 pounds today. Last week I was 133.2, the week before that it was 133.4 so I finally had a substantial loss again which I’m pretty excited about.
Now for Monday’s back/abs workout:
Overhead Pulldowns – 3 sets x 6 reps (60#)
Bent Rows – 1 set x 6 reps (60#), 2 sets x 8 reps (50#)
Flyes – 3 sets x 12 (5#)
Abs
Floor Crunches – 2 sets x 25 reps
Exercise Ball Twists – 2 sets x 50 reps (an Exercise ball is much easier to use than a dumbbell)
Hanging Knee Raises – 2 sets x 25 reps
