My All-Time Favorite Piece of Ab Exercise Equipment

There are many different kinds of ab exercise equipment available but don’t feel like you need to have everything. I only have 1 piece of ab exercise equipment and that is my ab straps.

Ab straps are used for performing hanging leg or knee raises – one of my favorite ab exercises! The ab straps are a great piece of ab exercise equipment that everybody should invest in. They really do help you perform more reps because you are able to focus on your abs more and not have to worry so much about having to hang from your hands. Ab straps make it so that you kind of prop yourself up on your forearms.

The first time I used my ab straps my lower abs were absolutely burning the next day, and now, for the first time in my life I’m actually able to see some definition in my lower abs. I still have a little ways to go – the loose skin and stomach fat from pregnancy takes awhile to completely get rid of, but what I’m doing does seem to be working. (Can I get a “whoo hoo”??!)

Before you invest your money into some other more expensive kinds of ab exercise equipment, I honestly recommend that you try ab straps. They will really help to improve your hanging knee/leg raises which will give you faster results.
