7/7: Back Workout + Abs Exercises

Ahhhhh…I finally got to workout again! Because of our schedule with our children, my fiance’ and I have decided to work out Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday rather than Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

With that said, here’s Tuesday’s workout:

Back

Overhead Pulldowns – 3 sets x 10 reps (50#)

Seated Rows – 3 sets x 15 reps (45#)

Incline Rows – 3 sets x 12 (5#) I set my bench at an incline, layed facedown, grasped dumbbells and pulled back in a “row” motion. Very similar to bent rows, but laying down on an incline bench.

Abs

Hanging Knee Raises – 2 sets x 25 reps

Exercise Ball Oblique Twist – 2 sets x 50 reps

My abs were burning at the end of my workout! I had planned on doing some cardio too, but I was feeling too weak and hungry.

Today I came in at 131.6 pounds. That is the lowest thus far! If I remember, during my next workout I’ll take some new pics and measurements – I keep forgetting!
