7/14: Arm Workout
Today I only did an arm workout – it was pretty intense though and I can start to feel it in my biceps and triceps. I did supersets with both muscle groups this time, instead of just biceps.
Here’s the arm workout:
Triceps
Pressdowns – 3 sets x 12 reps
Standing Tricep Extensions – 3 sets x 12 reps
*Supersets: I did 1 set of pressdowns, immediately followed by 1 set of the extensions, rested for about 2 minutes and repeated 2 more times.
Biceps
EZ Curl Bar Curls – 3 sets x 12 reps
Hammer Curls – 3 sets x 12 reps
*Supersets: Same as above, I did 1 set of curls with the EZ curl bar, followed immediately by 1 set of hammer curls, rested for about 2 minutes and repeated 2 more times.
