I did my favorite leg workout today and it was pretty slow going. I don’t know if it’s because of the heat or what but it was tough to get through. I still had fun though – I just had to laugh at my slowness. My quads still hurt from the HIIT I did the other day so that didn’t help either. I’m definitely seeing a lot of definition in my legs these days and they have really leaned out too!
Women’s Leg Workout
Squats
- 1 set x 10 reps, 90#
- 1 set x 8 reps, 95#
- 1 set x 6 reps, 100#
Dumbbell Step-Up
- 1 set x 10 reps, 8#
- 1 set x 8 reps, 10#
- 1 set x 6 reps, 15#
Sumo Squat
- 1 set x 10 reps, 30#
- 1 set x 8 reps, 35#
- 1 set x 6 reps, 40#
Stiff-Legged Deadlift to Calf Raise
- 1 set x 10 reps, 15#
- 1 set x 8 reps, 20#
- 1 set x 6 reps, 25#
