7/11: Shoulder Workout + Abs Exercises
I haven’t done a shoulder workout in quite some time, so this was a pretty light workout. I did low weight + high reps for toning purposes since I’m really not trying to build up the muscle or strength too much. I also did a short ab workout existing of 2 ab exercises and some cardio too.
Here’s the shoulder workout:
Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 10 reps
Front Raises: 3 sets x 10 reps
Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
Ab workout:
Hanging Knee Raises: 1 set x 25 reps
Standing Exercise Ball Twists: 2 sets x 25 reps
Cardio:
For cardio, I just ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Nothing real spectacular here, but I had to start getting ready for my Bachelorette party! Darn.
