7/1: BodyRock “Booty Shaping Workout”

The workout I did this morning was the “Booty Shaping Workout” posted on BodyRock yesterday (6.30.11). I completed a total of 194 reps in 12 minutes! CrossFit’s workout of the day today was “rest” so since I’m somewhat sore from yesterday’s workout, I’m just sticking with BodyRock today.

This was an interval circuit training workout consisting of the following exercises (including my reps for each set):

  • Commando Push-Ups: 11, 9, 8, 9, 9, 8
  • Squat, Front Push Kick: 12, 12, 11, 11, 10, 9
  • Single Knee Tuck: 13, 12, 13, 13, 12, 12
