6/3 Weigh-In, Back Workout & Cardio

Yesterday marked the first workout for me in a little over a week. I’ve been trying to get our wedding invites complete and in the mail. I was able to send about 40% of them out today and then we’ll be mailing the rest on Monday – so this weekend is going to be crazy busy!

Anyway, I weighed in yesterday and I was terrified because I haven’t been working out for the past week but I came in at 133.4. Another pound lost! Eating smart really does aid in weight loss – and it’s been coming off pretty quickly for me these past few weeks!

Here was the workout I did yesterday:

BACK

Overhead pulldowns – 3 sets x 8 reps

Seated rows – 3 sets x 12 reps

Deadlifts – 3 sets x 8 reps

CARDIO

I did intervals for about 13 minutes. I hadn’t planned on doing any cardio at all, but I figured I’d put in a little bit of time since I have been a slacker for the past week. When all the wedding planning is finished, things will be getting back to normal and I won’t be so stressed for time. Can’t wait!
