6/28: Women’s Leg Workout to Tone & Strengthen

Women's Leg WorkoutThe last time I did this exact leg workout my legs were sore for the next 5 days. It was crazy. I think what did it is the fact that I did 3 leg exercises I haven’t done before. This just goes to show how important it is to switch things up every now and then. I was doing 100+ pound deadlifts a few weeks ago and my legs never felt as sore as they did after doing this workout.

If you’re looking for a good workout that doesn’t involve lifting heavy but you still want to tone and strengthen your quads, hamstrings and glutes then you should definitely try this workout. If you do decide to give it a whirl be sure to leave me a comment and let me know how it went!

I used to be pretty self-conscious about my legs before I started working out and I haven’t worn shorts out in public since the 9th grade. Now that I workout I’ve noticed that my legs are much leaner and more toned so I don’t think twice about wearing shorts now. It’s a good feeling to have!

All the best – as always,

Melinda =)

    Cool workout. I need to get my legs back in summer shape so I’ll definitely be trying this out at the gym!

  2. Its very important to switch up your workouts. And now that its summer and the season of summer dresses and shorts now is the time to tone and tighten our legs.
    These look tough, but totally worth it. Thanks for sharing!

      Use these methods to add variety to your workouts. Circuit training is one of the best ways to achieve all-round fitness. and do not ever forget to have patience on it, self perseverance, and virtue. These won’t work out unless you have patience.
