6/24 Workout: Legs, Abs & Cardio

My legs got a really good workout this time. I haven’t been concentrating on them too much, but I don’t want to neglect them either, so I decided to do a leg workout, along with abs and cardio.

Here’s my Wednesday workout this week:

Leg Workout

  • Barbell Squats – 3 sets x 12 reps
  • Leg Extensions – 3 sets x 12 reps

Ab Workout

  • Hanging Knee Raises – 2 sets x 25 reps
  • Exercise Ball Oblique Twist – 2 sets x 50 reps

Cardio Workout (Treadmill)

  • Intervals for 10 minutes
  • Steady state for 15 minutes
  • Total of 25 minutes and 306 calories burned
