6/22 Workout: Abs & Cardio

The heat has finally made it to Minnesota! Makes running a bit more difficult when it’s so humid but I was able to do some intervals for a bit. Tomorrow will be even hotter – they’re saying the heat index will be around 105 – so I think I may not feel much like running, even in my air conditioned home on my treadmill.

Here’s today’s workout:

Cardio Workout – Intervals of walking at 4.0 mph for 90 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of sprinting. I did intervals until I run 1 mile.

Ab Workout -

  • Floor Crunches – 2 sets x 25 reps
  • Knee Raises – 3 sets x 25 reps
  • Exercise Ball Twists – 2 sets x 50 reps

Only 33 more days until our wedding day! I’ve still been working out my back and arms a lot, I’ll post those workouts later this week.
