6/13: Cardio & Abs

Today was a pretty quick workout – I ran for 20 minutes doing intervals on the treadmill and did some ab work too. The ab workouts I’ve been doing lately seem to be working because my entire abdominal section is a bit sore the following day. I likey!

Floor Crunches – 2 sets x 25 reps

Knee Raises – 2 sets x 25 reps

Barbell Twists – 2 sets x 50 reps
