5/19 & 5/20 Workout: Cardio

These past 2 days I have just done some cardio. I like to take a break from the weights every now and then for about a week. Next week I’ll be on them again and then probably won’t take a break from them until after our wedding. It’s only a LITTLE over 2 months away!

So my last 2 cardio workouts I did intervals and walking for a total of 30 minutes each day. I’m starting to like cardio a lot more – I think it’s because I’m actually starting to notice the weight I’m losing when I look in the mirror. I’ve lost 7 pounds since my birthday (March 25)!
