5/14 Workout: Cardio

After having a rest day, I was really ready for a great workout today and I didn’t get one. My kids were being monsters. All I got in was a 10-minute cardio session. I was doing my 5-minute warmup and the kids started acting up so I just kept going on the treadmill for as long as they’d let me. Just about 10 minutes.

Tomorrow I’ll be doing legs and abs. I don’t care if I have to wait until my Fiance’ is done with his workout, I’m getting a full workout in tomorrow! =)
