5/12 Workout: Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders & Cardio
I actually dreaded today’s workout. I really detest arm day. I just find it incredibly boring. Once I got into it though, the time flew by. I did things a little differently today in that I did cardio before strength training. I probably won’t do it like that on days where I work legs or back because I don’t want to feel fatigued before I even start.
Cardio
5 minute warm up @ 4.2 mph
various intervals [4.2 mph for 1 minute, followed by 7 mph for 1 minute)
5 minute cool down @ 4.2 mph
Biceps
EZ Curl Bar – 3 sets x 12 reps (20#)
Hammer Curls – 3 sets x 12 reps (10# dumbbells)
Triceps
Press-downs – 3 sets x 12 reps (25#)
Shoulders
Sitting Dumbbell Press – 3 sets x 12 reps (10# dumbbells)
