Today I did my own little cardio workout routine on my treadmill. It went something like this:
- Warm up at 4 mph for 5 minutes
- Sprint/walk intervals for 10 minutes
- Walk at 4 mph for 5 minutes
- Fast jog at 5.5 mph for 5 minutes
- Cool down at 4 mph for 5 minutes
Total cardio including warm up and cool down was right around 30 minutes. It ended up being somewhere right under 2.5 miles and I burned 380+ calories. I forgot to write everything down like I usually do. But I know it was at least 380 calories, but not quite 390.
