I finally made it to leg workout day! I haven’t done a complete leg workout since March 21st so I’ve been antsy to finally do this workout again! I was also excited because I got to use my new lifting straps. I just bought my own from Bodybuilding.com a couple weeks ago, but haven’t used them yet before today. I have to say they’re very much worth the $3.99 I paid for them!
I did a leg workout on March 29th, but I skipped deadlifts and lying leg curls that day. Since it’s been over 3 weeks I’d say I faired pretty well today. I did better on some moves and worse on others in comparison to my last full leg workout, but overall I feel pretty damn good about it. Legs are feeling like Jell-O and that’s always a good sign. At least I think so!
Leg Workout
Leg Extensions
- Warm up: 2 sets x 20 reps, 35#
- 1 set x 20 reps, 75#
Squats
- Warm up: 2 sets x 12 reps, 45#
- 1 set x 19 reps, 90#
Leg Curls
- Warm up: 1 set x 15 reps, 35#
- 1 set x 10 reps, 60#
Deadlifts
- Warm up: 1 set x 12 reps, 55#
- 1 set x 15 reps, 115#

Legs are my fav part to workout…I don’t know why??!! Looks like you had a great workout!
For me, it’s a toss up between chest and legs. I think it’s because I’m lifting heavier weight for those workouts and I find it exciting!
