3/24: Chest Workout and Ebook News!

Decline bench pressToday was chest day and the workout was short and sweet so this blog post won’t be real long either! It’s nice to have quick workouts sometimes. It’s a nice change. When I did my last chest workout I also did an abs workout and cardio but I skipped them both this time. I’m not big on ab workouts. I’ve seen more improvements on my stomach area doing regular cardio than I have doing actual ab exercises. So that’s all I have to say about THAT!

(*Psst! See the girl in the pic? That’s ME this time! A little proof to show you that I really do workout – heehee!)

On to the Ebook news. I’m writing one! I have been contemplating on what to write an ebook about for over a year and I finally decided on a topic. Women’s fitness. It shouldn’t have been so hard to come up with that idea since I’m writing posts on this blog just about every other day. I’m about 20% of the way finished with the first rough draft and I will be offering it as soon as I get my personal trainer certification. I’m shooting for a release date of June 1st, but I haven’t quite set that in stone yet. That gives me just over 2 months to finish up my personal training studies and complete the ebook. If anything, the tentative ebook launch will help motivate me to get all my studies finished and then it’s on to the certification exam!

I will be posting updates here on the blog about my ebook progress so stay tuned. :D

  1. Great job on starting an E-book! I wrote my first one by compiling a bunch of articles from my blog (about 2 years worth) then hired an editor to pull them all together. It’s easier than you’re making it out to be!

My friend Scott York (scottyork.com) made an e-book in one Week! He does quite well with it on Clickbank – brings in an extra $1000 / month or so, over the past two years! You can do it!
