7/14: Arm Workout
Today I only did an arm workout – it was pretty intense though and I can start to feel it in my biceps and triceps. I did supersets with both muscle groups this time, instead of just biceps. Here’s the arm workout:

Ahhhhh…I finally got to workout again! Because of our schedule with our children, my fiance’ and I have decided to work out Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday rather than Monday/Wednesday/Friday. With that said, here’s Tuesday’s workout:
