		<description>Hi, I&#039;ve just started reading your blog. I haven&#039;t began looking through previous post yet but this entry is really motivating to me. Judging by your stats, I am nowhere near yours but I do aspire to get that far. I haven&#039;t incorporated any weight training but soon after I gain more mileage in less time I will. I really hope I could do a jog 5.5mph in a half hour. For me right that&#039;s running. Slowly but surely. I&#039;m training for a 10K right now and progress is slow. Congrats, very inspiring indeed.</description>
