1/25 Workout: Shoulders
Today is a dreary day in Minnesota, both weather-wise and for all the Vikings fans after their loss last night in the NFC Championship game. I actually wasn’t going to workout today, but I decided to do a shoulder workout since I forgot to do them earlier last week.
Shoulder Workout
- Plate front raise: 3 sets x 15 reps, 10# plate
- Standing 1-arm overhead press: 3 sets x 12 reps, 10# dumbbell
- Standing lateral raise: 3 sets x 12 reps, 5# dumbbell
During my last shoulder workout I also did bent over lateral raises but since I’m doing back and biceps tomorrow, I left them out this time. I didn’t do cardio either, but I’ll be doing it tomorrow after the back and biceps workout. I should be good and tired tomorrow evening for sure.
