Staying fit and healthy during the holidays is tough but just taking 40 minutes (like your above workout) can maintain your weight and make you feel great.  Interval training is one of the best ways to lose weight.  Keep it up!  2010 will be a great year.  I think our nation is in need of a fitness revolution.  Obesity is a huge problem.  Hopefully we can inspire others to start some fitness activity and get healthy.
