12/11 & 12/14: Steady State Cardio Workout (& Christmas cookie baking)

soft-chewy-gingerbread-cookiesI completely forgot to post my workout from last Friday, so I’m going to double that with today’s workout. I took the entire weekend off because I was busy baking cookies with my kids and by the time I was done baking I was exhausted. I made some gingerbread cookies though and they stayed soft! On another happy note….the Vikes won on Sunday. WOO!

12/11 Steady State Cardio Workout

  • 2 minute warm-up @ 4 mph
  • 35 minutes @ 5.5 mph
  • 3 minute cool-down @ 4 mph
