		<description>I actually struggle myself with fitting in enough cardio. I recently switched to a full body workout routine which has me doing legs 3 days a week, and that hardly leaves any room for a legit cardio session in between due to soreness. I can squeeze them in, but it is not as intense as my normal cardio.</description>
