11/11: Full Body Workout

It’s hump day, woo! Today was another full body workout for me. I was actually able to increase the weight on a couple of the exercises so that’s always a good thing – lets me know I’m getting stronger.

Earlier today I posted an About Me kind of post so you could get the chance to know me a little bit better. I always enjoy learning about those whose blogs I visit so I thought I’d put up a little background information just in case you were curious. :)

I also received a top health blogger over at Wellsphere today! You’ll notice the badge over to the right hand side of the page. That’s really exciting! I applied there today with this fitness blog and they awarded me a top health blogger badge. I guess I do kinda know what I’m talking about! I just joined the community over there today so I haven’t done much with my account yet, but I hope to in the coming days.

Anyway, on with the full body workout:

Quads – Squats: 10# dumbbells, 4 sets x 10 reps

Hamstrings – Deadlifts: 40#, 4 sets x 8 reps (increased the weight by 5#)

Back – Bent Rows: 35#, 4 sets x 8 reps

Chest – Incline Bench Press: 40#, 4 sets x 8 reps (increased weight by 5#)

Shoulders – Shoulder Press: 10# dumbbells, 4 sets x 10 reps

Biceps – Curls: 30#, 4 sets x 10 reps

Triceps – Close Grip Bench Press: 40#, 4 sets x 8 reps (increased weight by 5#)
