I hope everyone had a safe and fabulous Halloween! We took the kids out trick-or-treating last night on a hayride and it was so fun! They had a great time and collected way too much candy. But what else is to be expected?

Today I did the full body workout I started almost 2 weeks ago – 21′s. Each exercise is 4 sets of 21 reps each. I don’t know if it was because it was Sunday or what, but it felt like it took me forever to get through. I managed to get through it all, but by the time I got done with the weighted crunches, I felt like passing out. I couldn’t though…because I had Vikings football to watch! What a game that ended up being – GO FAVRE!
Anyway…here’s the workout:
Chest – Flyes: 8# dumbbells (up from 5# dumbbells used previously)
Shoulders – Lateral Raise: 2.5# plates
Back – Straight Arm Pull Down: 20#
Triceps – Pressdown: 20#
Biceps – EZ Bar Curl: 20#
Quads – Leg Extension: 25# plate
Hamstrings – Leg Curl: 20# plate
Abs – Weighted Crunches: 5# dumbbell
I will be doing the next full body workout on Tuesday which basically mimics this one (21′s) and it will mark the beginning of the third week of this workout. Like I had stated before, I plan on doing this full body workout plan for the full 6 weeks. I’m enjoying the results I’m seeing and it’s keeping me motivated to stay at it.
