I&#039;m going to do this for my quick lunch workout instead of a tempo run, I think it should help.  Plus, this is the perfect duration.  Much appreciated.</description>

		<description>Once I started doing the HIIT it really only took probably 2 months? Just make sure that you eat pretty well too - that&#039;ll help give you results super fast. Also, I was doing HIIT workouts 2-3 times per week. Good luck! :)</description>
