		<description>I definitely wasn&#039;t dissing peanuts, quite the opposite actually. I&#039;m a big fan of J.I.F. peanut butter. I&#039;m in love with peanut butter and it&#039;s one thing I won&#039;t give up. I&#039;ve tried other kinds and they just aren&#039;t for me.</description>

I don&#039;t know what kind of peanut butter you&#039;ve been eating that has trans fat in it (ew) but if you can find a health food store that lets you grind your own peanut butter, USE IT. Tastes fantastic, tons of monounsaturated fatty acids, and a nice punch of protein as well!</description>
